Below is a selection of pre-designed configurations and floor plans, which serve to demonstrate the available space and design possibilities.
We most often construct custom designs for our clients, or variations on the design and layout of models that we already have.
Please note that the estimate prices given are not only for the modeled unit, but include all aspects necessary, assuming new constructions on undeveloped land, such as the septic and drainage system, permanent structural concrete pier foundations and in-ground connections to water and electricity supplies.
The given estimate prices include all finishing to our recommended comfort level and build finish quality, including;

Full insulation to R24 thermal protection.
High quality aluminum sliding windows and doors with insect screens.
All electrical installations with low-energy LED lighting as standard. Generous distribution of power outlets and cabling for connection to TV and Internet.

Fully finished moisture/mold resistant drywall on metal framing.
Fully porcelain tiled floors throughout.
Tiled bathrooms and fitted bathroom suites with high quality sanitary-ware, brassware and toughened glass shower panels.
Fully installed melamine or wood veneer kitchen cabinetry, with soft closing door and drawer systems, composite quartz counters and high quality under-mounted sink and tap.
Low-energy 'inverter' mini-split air conditioning.
All interior doors and trim.
Full interior and exterior paint finishes in durable and anti-molding paints.
Our finished homes are turnkey aside from moveable furnishings and domestic appliances, to high equipment and finish level.

Models 'Valencia' and 'Antwerp' are designed for vacation accommodation and contracted only where 2 or more units are required, or in combination with another larger model.
Our 'Genoa' studio apartment model is our most compact design intended as a full time living space.
"Valencia"
The Valencia configures 2 x 20' containers, to give a self-contained, 30 sq. meter or 320 sq. foot interior unit, with an additional 12 sq. meter deck space, under roof.
Ideal for upscale surf/yoga rental cabinas, or boutique hotel projects.

A variation on the 'Valencia' model above. An open, Euro-chic design and symmetrical layout, geared towards boutique hotel developments, where s/c cooking facilities are not required.
