We most often construct custom designs for our clients, or variations on the design and layout of models that we already have.
Please note that the estimate prices given are not only for the modeled unit, but include all aspects necessary, assuming new constructions on undeveloped land, such as the septic and drainage system, permanent structural concrete pier foundations and in-ground connections to water and electricity supplies.

Models 'Valencia' and 'Antwerp' are designed for vacation accommodation and contracted only where 2 or more units are required, or in combination with another larger model.
Our 'Genoa' studio apartment model is our most compact design intended as a full time living space.
The Valencia configures 2 x 20' containers, to give a self-contained, 30 sq. meter or 320 sq. foot interior unit, with an additional 12 sq. meter deck space, under roof.

Our Barcelona Evolution model follows the same structural configuration as her parent model, but here the covered parking area is given back to interior, increasing the total interior size to 1760 sq.f, and allowing for a re-design of the lower floor area, to include an additional master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, an office, and also for reconfiguration of the kitchen and living areas, to greater area, practicality, and a freer flowing living space.
With 3 double bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, our Brisbane makes very good use of it's 1760 sq.f interior and maximizes the generous and bright open living area to the lower floor.
With it's grand double convection air roof design, the Brisbane offers a covered second floor deck area of 72 sq.m, which is perfect for orientation towards advantageous views and great for entertaining.
The in-built cantilever aspect of the structure provides covered parking for one car right at the front door.
